Shocking communication. No assistance to resolve the issue. Took the car somewhere to start the process again

Hi Thank you for your review. We are sorry that our MOT service did not meet your expectations. Your car had failed due to Emissions. This required further investigation as this can be caused by many issues. We offered to system cleaner at £25.00 plus vat . If this do not work then we would offer further investigation at a cost. We could not give you any further information until the car was investigated. You declined our offer and collected your car. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Really helpful and polite staff. MOT failed and they had the repairs done and the car ready to pick up within a few hours.
