Booked a month and half in advance and got a message confirming the book back. Got a call on the wrong month asking where the car is. Then three days before the correct date got an email at 6am stating they won't be open on the date that's been confirmed, still 4 days on and past the bookings haven't heard anything back. Completely unprofessional and incompetent use of a calendar.

Good Morning Ryan Firstly sorry for not responding earlier( family issues down south). It was me who called you on the incorrect month and also me who didnt realise you were booked in on the day we were closed.
