I don’t understand how my booking through bookmygarage did not appear on the system of the Nissan workshop where my car was supposed to be fixed? I called Nissan and they checked and no booking was on their system. I had to go there and pay a higher price than what bookmygarage booking stated for my car to be serviced and this is highly disappointing. Nissan lookers were good and I recommend them to anyone out there.

I have looked into the error and it seems to be a system error which is the reason why your booking was not visible on our system i apologise for this and this will not happen in the future, please feel free to deal with ourselves directly for your next visit. We can confirm that your booking was successfully sent to the Nissan dealership as soon as it was submitted on 12 April. The booking was opened by the dealership the following day at 06:44, and again later at 08:28 and 11:48. In addition, a booking reminder was sent to them on 16 April. From our checks, it appears that the booking may have been missed on their system, which unfortunately led to the situation you experienced when you arrived. We appreciate that this was frustrating, particularly as it resulted in you paying a higher price, and we’re very sorry that this happened. We hope this provides a fuller picture of the situation and reassures you that we did everything we should have to ensure the booking was sent and communicated correctly. Service had been been cancelled for some reason but was recafied straight away very helpful staff
