The garage had no idea my car was to be serviced by them ..I received a confirmation email of my booking from book my garage , as I had not heard from them to stipulate a time to drop off my car, upon them checking their records, it had not been booked in. I will not be using this service again, I had even arranged time off from work

In addition to these notifications, every garage listed with us has access to their own garage portal, where they can view and manage all bookings made through our platform. We will be contacting the garage directly to discuss what happened and ensure they are reviewing and managing their bookings correctly to prevent situations like this from occurring again.
It wasn’t a good experience. My booking through BookMyGarage was £215 but increased to around £241 at the garage without clear explanation. I agreed to £65 labour to change my headlight bulbs, but was told two bulbs were the wrong size. I declined their £45-per-bulb replacements and asked them to refit the old ones, yet I was still charged. Later I realised the headlights were not aligned properly. Now I have to visit another garage and pay again. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.
