“Some car interior decoration was found damaged after MOT”
After the MOT, I discovered that a set of storage pendants hanging on the back of the driver's seat was damaged.
It maybe that the staff tore my storage pendant when lowering the back of the rear seat.

This is untrue
We have no reason to lower the back of the rear seats or be in the rear of the vehicle other than to check the rear seatbelts & if something was damaged whilst at the workshop we would have informed the customer. I would like the customer to let us see this pendant and what damage has been caused.
The customer could have come into the office and informed us that there was an issue.
The customer hasn't made any contact to resolve or highlight this issue other than making this Negative review.
This is the 1st visit to the garage by this customer who arrived late but we still completed his MOT ?

No problem with garage. It's you I have problem with. Garage said they've never had dealings with you therefore appointment was NOT booked. I think BookMyGarage better either get their act together or stop posing as something they're not. You wasted my time.

This booking must have been genuinely missed by the garage but at the time the customer came to the workshop nothing had been booked into the diary,
