I booked a full service. They called ahead to check the vehicle details so they could order Manufacturer parts. They called on the morning to let me know they were on their way to collect my car. They asked what time I required it back by. The called to let me know the service was complete, took payment and immediately dropped the car back with invoice, parts breakdown and full service checklist completed. No hassle service. No car wash, though I suppose that would be cheeky for the price ..
