Customers consistently praise this garage for its friendly, professional staff, fair and transparent pricing, and efficient service, with MOTs and air con work often completed quickly and to a high standard, alongside a comfortable waiting area with refreshments. A small number of reviewers experienced issues, including one instance where a booking confirmation didn't materialise and another where a repair fault wasn't identified straight away, so communication around follow-ups and quality checks could be strengthened further. On the whole, though, the overwhelming majority describe a trustworthy, welcoming garage they'd happily return to and recommend.
