Customers overwhelmingly praise the friendly, professional staff, fair prices and clear communication, with many highlighting the videos and photos of work carried out, easy booking and a free valet as welcome extras. A small number of reviewers felt let down by delays, unclear timings, upsells or price changes after booking, and one or two had trouble getting updates or paperwork. Clearer upfront pricing and more proactive updates on timings may help resolve these occasional frustrations.
