Customers consistently praise this garage for friendly, professional service, clear explanations of findings and options, good value, and reliable timekeeping, with several saying they felt no pressure to buy extra work and would recommend it. A small number of reviewers mentioned that an excess oil charge was not flagged in the quote, and one noted the booking reminder texts could be less insistent, though that may come from the booking platform rather than the garage.
