Not sent a short video this time, also I had been asked if I wanted my car cleaned, which I replied 'yes' but it wasn't cleaned so that was a bit disappointing The rest was very good service, good value for money at a main dealer. Pleasant, helpful staff

Kept changing my appointment date and time and when I finally took it in my car wasn’t expected. Service guy in the garage was excellent and he sorted it. Communication from VW call centre in red ditch, totally shocking
