When I initially made the appointment I was phone up in the afternoon a day before to be told they could not do my service or mot even though I had confirmed the appointment over the confirmation email. Booked it for the following week received a 12:30pm appointment via email made my way to dealer to be told it was allocated for 1:30pm. If you book by this app they treat you like a second class citizen.

I couldnt get through to service so I used Book my Garage! They were charging me for an MOT that wasnt needed until next year! So when I finally got through to the dealership to discuss I was told that no booking had been made despite me having a booking reference! I finally booked the vehicle in and on the day it was booked in for received a phone call to say the booking had been cancelled! Re booked and they had to keep the vehicle for almost a week! BUT I believe everyone deserves a 2nd try
