Johnson's Mazda Swindon

Good communication through out the booking. Team all very welcoming and friendly. Great Experience!!!

Slightly puzzled that my car was expected at 9am though it wasn't touched until around 11am for it's MOT. So i had to hang around all morning. It would have been helpful to be prepared about this. Nevertheless the guys did some work needed to pass the test on the same day. Also puzzled by the comment along the lines "I guess it makes a day out" Hmm!

When i left my car for a service i left a memo to be careful with the bonnet release lever as on the Audi TT they only require a gentle pull to open. So when collecting my car later the bonnet release lever was found to be loose. When i pointed this out to the technician he said i must have done it. Yet it was fine when i left it with them. I then complained to the service manager and he also had the same reply. I was not impressed. They agreed to fix the problem but wont be using them again
