Thank you for your review. I would like to clarify a few points, as I don't feel your review gives the full picture. The additional cost was explained to you over the telephone, again when you collected your vehicle, and once more when you returned for the MOT retest, which we carried out free of charge. I have personally tried to contact you to discuss this, but unfortunately you have not returned my calls. We have provided Book My Garage with our invoices showing the actual costs involved, so the charges are fully documented. We are always happy to explain our invoices and discuss genuine concerns. However, we have explained the charges several times and tried to resolve this directly. Unfortunately, we are left with the impression that you are expecting some of the work or parts to be provided free of charge, which we simply cannot do as a business. We have been serving Beeston for over 25 years and pride ourselves on being fair and transparent.
