Customers overwhelmingly praise this garage's friendly, professional staff, clear communication and quick turnaround, with many valuing the same-day or last-minute bookings and the helpful guidance during MOTs and repairs. A small number of reviewers felt prices for repairs or tyres were higher than expected, and clearer itemised invoices and more transparent pricing may help reassure them. Occasional comments also mentioned long waits at busy times, so setting clearer time expectations could improve the experience further.
