All went as planned, and issues clearly explained. HiQ is a bit tucked away on the industrial estate, and let down by inadequate local bus services. So it's a shame they don't offer a collect & deliver service.

Brilliant experience - I knew it was unlikely that my car could pass its MOT, but when it didn't, the guys sprung into action quickly & explained everything. They did what they could to get the price down as low as possible for me given the expense of the parts versus the age/value of the car. I felt listened to & kept in-the-loop. Would recommend to anyone who feels unsure - as a woman, garage experiences are often hit-and-miss at the best of times, but this was the best experience I've had.

After receiving a confirmation mail from bookmygarage, HiQ told me the day my appt was booked that they forgot to click on a button to confirm my booking and so I was forced to desperately look for another service urgently . Horrible service
