Really helpful as I know little about cars. Did MOT first and repaired puncture due to nail. They suggested this first so I didn’t pay for the service if my car didn’t pass. Full service and was the cheapest in the area. Warm, welcoming and helpful! Would use again!

Great communication, our car was in for MOT and service. Accommodated us around the school run in the morning and was completed in time to collect the children. No recommended works needed, some garages have in the past 'recommended work not required'.

Booked MOT with HiQ through Book My Garage. They phoned back to confirm appointment time. Cheerful comms throughout, MOT conducted without a hitch. Note that this was a large EV being tested, facilities were fine for it.
