“A Real let down”

Overcharged by over £55 would not have gone unoticed had i not been on the ball, mechanics top customer service but reception staff were nice face to face and then when i called to question the price became defensive and passively aggressive. I have to say i was dissapointed. The trust was completely lost and clearly revenue is more important than the customer and return business.

The girls at the garage are lovely and extremely helpful, we were late getting there due to traffic lights and they still fit us in and sorted everything out with quick turn around on both cars we needed doing. Thanks so much all of you!
