I booked an mot online on Monday, I received a phone on Wednesday to say they couldn't fit me in. What's the point of booking online if the garage can't honour that appointment? There loss, I got booked in somewhere else and had no issues on the day. Named and shamed and ill NEVER use hiq or recommend them.
