Booked online, had confirmation of booking via email and reminders etc. phoned on the day to be told it wasn’t booked in. Managed to get in at Qwikfit same day…slightly more expensive but at least they delivered what they promised!!!

We are sorry to hear about your experience, when your booking was made, we sent a booking confirmation email to the garage on 18/03/2026, followed by a booking reminder email on 23/03/2026. In addition to these notifications, every garage listed with us has access to their own garage portal, where they can view and manage all bookings made through our platform. We will be contacting the garage directly to discuss what happened and ensure they are reviewing and managing their bookings correctly to prevent situations like this from occurring again.
Arrived slightly earlier and started my MOT straight away, couldn’t fault the service at all. I would recommend to anyone.
