Most customers praise the friendly, professional and efficient staff, who explain work clearly, keep to agreed times and often accommodate short-notice bookings, with MOTs, tyre work and servicing all well regarded. A small number of reviewers felt an MOT failure or headlight adjustment was unwarranted, and one raised poor communication when their car couldn't be tested, so clearer explanations of any repairs and prompter updates could help. Occasional comments also suggested reception could be more welcoming and the waiting area could offer refreshments.
