Good afternoon, Thank you for your helpful feedback. I do apologise we couldn't meet the timing you required for your clutch replacement. Unfortunately, as discussed your booking was made Sunday (24/05/26), we are closed over the weekends, and on this occasion it was also bank holiday Monday. Due to staffing numbers and work load, we were unable to take on a bigger job like yours on effectively one days notice (by the time we opened again on the Tuesday and saw the booking for the Wednesday 27/05/26). This issue has been addressed with the online booking system and hopefully rectified for any similar situations in future. Again, apologies for being unable to carry out the work when requested on this occasion and we hope to hear from you again in future.
