Id imagine if you have a ford car this would be a much better place for service, unfortunately I have a Peugeot so I think there were major gaps in knowledge, I booked for a major service,didn't get any advise or feedback on my vehicle despite it being on the checklist, was simply ticked off, when I asked about timing belt/cambelt they said they were unable to tell. I also got given someone else's paperwork stapled to the back of mine which isn't great also got told they'd valet my car but didnt

There was no breakdown and explanation of the cost of the work done on my vehicle . Having looked at quotes from other garages/companies it seems that Henry’s have charged me about double the price . Also , the very helpful and courteous receptionist offered a free car wash twice ( which I accepted , and it didn’t happen . I will not be coming to Henry’s again - I came because I needed to get the work done and get the MOT as quickly as possible .

Basically I booked my MOT for Monday, however they changed the booking to Wednesday without letting me know. Lost a day of work and and additional expenses. Elite service station in Birdham near chichester were able to help me out on the same day (thank you Elite Garage).
