PROS: Friendly and helpful staff. Phone answered promptly when I called. Car serviced professionally. Really impressive video of my car undergoing a health check. Really pleased to observed this procedure on video. CONS:Booked for an early AM service. Took car to garage @0900hrs but car was still not ready for collection when I called @ 1600hrs. Also I found that the hourly rate charged by the garage is extremely expensive. A real put off. Overall I'm happy with the service.
