Customers consistently praise Hares for their friendly, professional staff, transparent pricing, and the highly popular collect-and-deliver service, with a great many long-standing customers noting they would not take their cars anywhere else. Communication is a particular strength, with most reviewers highlighting proactive updates throughout the day and clear explanations of any work required before it is carried out. A small number of reviewers felt that mid-day progress updates could be more reliable, and a handful mentioned uncertainty around collection times, suggesting the garage may benefit from more structured time-slot communication to help customers plan their day.
