Dear Mr Razzaghi, We are sorry that your service & MOT visit to us did not go smoothly. Please accept our apologises for the error on costing the full MOT charge rather than the Book My Garage reduced cost this was an unfortunate administration issue that we were happy to correct when pointed out. The MOT inspection has to be a separate process to the service as required by the DVSA we are sorry that your vehicle failed the test on some minor issues and we will be happy to complete a retest once these have been completed.
