Booked on line via "Book My Gargae". Grand Tyres did not get in touch with me. When I called the given contact number I was asked to call the office. When I did they had no record of my booking and no slots available for my booked MOT. My advice .... don't bother.

We are sorry to hear about your experience, when your booking was made, we sent a booking confirmation email to the garage on 26/03/2026. In addition to these notifications, every garage listed with us has access to their own garage portal, where they can view and manage all bookings made through our platform. We will be contacting the garage directly to discuss what happened and ensure they are reviewing and managing their bookings correctly to prevent situations like this from occurring again.

Excellent service, speedy and accommodating if needs and were able to promptly arrange an appointment slot. This website advertises slots at the weekend however the garage informed me they are closed for MOTs then and flexed their schedule to fit me in 2 days later.
