Told that their mechanic could not open my bonnet and as such they could not carry out the MOT. However I was able to open it in 30 seconds… apparently they tried for an hour. It is an older car I think they simply didn’t want to work on it!

This Nissan dealership is like all main dealers they just want your money even when the car is actually not yours my total bill predicted was to be over £1700 which is rediculous for a first MOT and no service included all tyres and breaks to be replaced not including the rediculous labour charge disgraceful because a day later I had my MOT and minor service including everything official MOT specialist all for £299 including Vat only one left tyre was a advisory which does need changing

Extremely disappointed with the service; they should hire professionals who can read and understand what parts need to be checked and changed as part of the service instead of providing false information. What is the point of having the checklist when it has not been followed? Many parts have not been changed Total waste of time and money, and I would never recommend them, as well as BookMyGarag as they are both useless companies and not able to help with anything and all they care is the money.
