MOT failed, heard back really quickly and quoted a decent price. Waited over 24hours for an update and when I called for an update i was told the car was ready the day before and that it was £100 more than originally quoted. Did a good job and staff were friendly. I would use again.

we sent you originally to let you know your car has failed and gave you a rough estimate to repair your car. you then called us to give us the go ahead, when the parts arrived we then send you another message to let you know the difference in price as the rear brake discs where much more expensive than quoted. we then completed the job and sent you another message, I am not sure how you didn't receive the two other messages and you got the original one and it is sent from the same system. all we can do is apologise for this as there must have been some problem with the system but glad you are happy with our service .

For the first time in ages didnt have to leave my car all day for an mot. Got a time slot, turned up and handed over the keys. Came back at the time i was told to and everything was done and ready to pay. Thank you for making life that bit easier.
