“My MOT test”

MOT test very satisfactory and at good cost, thank you. BUT presented my car in sparkling appearance only to be waved at twice to drive past a vehicle receiving high pressure washing. The operative continued washing which splashed my car with filthy water almost " blacking out" the nearside rear door window. This made it very difficult to see when reversing on to my drive. The car needed washing next day.

“As bent as they come - AVIOD AT ALL COSTS”

I tried to locate the garage via the postcode on their site which took me to a different location. When I eventually arrived I was told I would need to pay a late fee. No mention at all of how much this was going to cost, so I paid for what I thought was the Mot before I left my van. On the way home I noticed what should have been a £40 fee they had charged a £70 fee without my knowledge. The invoice the sent also said £40 and they refused to refund the difference. This is a complete con!!

Hello, We have been using this site for a very long time. And you the only customer that has mentioned they have problems finding the garage. The late payment fee is applied to every customer that is late and this has been the rule for two years at our garage. I did listen to the cctv the day you arrived for your MOT that you were going to get charged late payment fee and you were informed twice. And on the invoice it does state you have been charged a late payment fee as well and I can provide for all this. There is literally no con at all. When one customer is it puts every customer behind. You were late and you were told twice you will be getting charge a late payment fee twice of which you paid on the card machine. But thank you for the review.
