Service needs to be improved had a slight problem when I got car back but Richard did sort the problem out I will give them another chance as I think they deserve it

I had my car booked in for a diagnostics,I dropped the car off at 9am and the garage was beyond busy, I thought it would take a couple of hours to get a diagnosis, I returned around 11am but was informed it needed to go on the ramp and would be around 2:30pm when this could be done. I waited until 4pm and heard nothing. I collected my car at 5pm from a young lad who couldn't tell me anything. I've still not been given a diagnosis or what is wrong with my car despite me emailing them. Wasted Day.

I had travelled from Cumbria to Birmingham for 2 days and needed an injector fitting, fast fit garage were so helpful in fitting me into an already packed schedule and repairing my car. I was so grateful for their professionalism and friendly attitude.
