Thank you for your review. To clarify your points. Your booking came through on the 13th October 2026 and the office tried to contact you about 6 times and left messages on your voicemail to re-arrange the time of your booking as the MOT bay was booked out for the afternoon today. Your booking was for PM on the afternoon of 16/10/2026, maybe if you had answered or contacted the garage to arrange a time instead of turning up at the garage at 3.15pm and walking into the workshop instead of going to the reception. You may have been able to have the MOT completed on the morning of the 16th October or arranged another day as discussed. At no stage was it said that your MOT was cancelled. We replied that we were unable to do it today. Waving your arms in the street whilst talking to the driver of your vehicle is in very unappealing. Regards
