Booked through this site. Had an email to say not now available but 5 mins later a call to say its no problem. Got email confirmation, the day before a form to complete, thought all was fine. I called the day before to ask if I could drop the car early to be told I didn't have a booking and they were full. End of. Never again, this was the day before my mot expired.

Originally booked for Mondsy through book my garage, Evens Halshaw email me * say they are fully booked, but they have booked it for 1pm Thursday. When I arrive they ask if I am leaving it with them, I said I would wait, they told me it might take until 4pm. I ask why 3 hrs, they tell me I booked it for the afternoon. I told them it is booked for 1pm, it doesn't take 3 hrs for MOT, they tell me it's booked for the afternoon. That wasn't communicated. Dreadful garage, avoid !!!
