Well, I don’t think it was the Garage’s fault. I booked the service with Book My Garage. I took the day off work, when I got there, the garage had no record of me booking a service. What a complete waste of my time.

After reviewing the booking history, we can confirm that the booking was successfully sent to the garage on 1st March. The garage did not open the booking until 2nd March, and we then sent a reminder on 3rd March, which was opened the same day. This means the garage were fully aware of your appointment, and it appears the issue occurred on their side, as the booking unfortunately seems to have slipped through the net. We appreciate how frustrating this must have been, especially as you took time off work, and we’re working with the garage to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Everything was absolutely as it should be. The bonus was they washed and waxed my car after MOT which was a nice touch.
