The process was flawless. From booking with Book my garage , the garage emailed confirming the booking. On arrival i was met by a lovely lady who checked my car in, explained everything. Received a text & video of engineer exam & follow up phone call explaining the work that was needed. Work completed in good time & on schedule. On collection, the lady was again friendly, professional, explained all work carried out & walked me to car. The car was spotless, who cleaned it was a pro. Excellent
