Customers overwhelmingly praise this garage for its polite, friendly and professional staff, with several highlighting the quality of the work, good communication and fair pricing, and one reviewer singling out a team member for going above and beyond. A small number of reviewers felt the experience could be smoother, with clearer drop-off signage, easier parking and a more welcoming reception that may help first-time visitors, while one booking mix-up appears to have stemmed from a third-party site rather than the garage itself.
Had my car in for an mot and full service and the staff are very polite, courteous and friendly.I will be back in future to deal with them again.
Great customer service and very happy with their professional manner and quality of work
I booked my car in for an MOT using the Book My Garage site. I received a call from Evans to say that they did not have availability on that day and that the site I used to book it was not reliable. 5 stars to Evans. 0 stars to Book My Garage.

Thank you for your review. Please note that BookMyGarage does not set the availability or lead times for our partnered garages, these are managed directly by the garages through their own portal and updated accordingly. We sincerely apologise for your experience, and we will be contacting the garage to help ensure this does not happen again in the future. For clarity, when you made your booking, the confirmation email was sent to the garage at 09:30 on the same day, and we can confirm that it was opened at 09:31. Additionally, a reminder email was sent to the garage at 12:31 on 20/01/2026.
