Dropped off the car and they asked if I would like a free valet and clean, which I said yes! Although they did give the car a quick wash they did not valet the inside. I didn’t query as it was ‘free’ anyway. The MOT and service were fine, they did let me know of some potential work that may need doing but weren’t too pushy. Although I didn’t get an MOT certificate which I had to chase up.

My car was booked into a different division of Evans which the receptionist curtly told me after informing me that they had tried to call me numerous times( no missed calls) then she proceeded to tell me that the bill for my car will be at least £150 for diagnostic. I’ve now found a more approachable, helpful independent garage

Afternoon Marie, I'm sorry to hear that your were unhappy. It looks like you weren't booked in with us at Vauxhall for diagnosis of the issue but with Kia Hull which would make sense as your vehicle is a Kia. I'm not sure what you would have been quoted for diagnosis at Kia were you booked but at Vauxhall a vehicle of that age and being a Vauxhall would be £150. I'm glad to hear you got the problem sorted out with an independent. I'm sure that if you still have issues Kia will be more that happy to help.

Had a service and MOT, no issues or advisory they asked if I would like some things changed as they recommend they are changed every so many years, I agreed, BIG mistake it came back misfiring, they did repair it free of charge but it took nearly a full week.

Thank you for the feedback Sacha. Yes, we acknowledge we had an issue with your vehicle and once we had the part in stock did fit the replacement part as soon as possible. Whether the fault was evident before or not we will never know but we have put it right and I'm glad its okay for you know.
