They were very informative. They sent me a video of the work being done on my car which was so interesting to see. It was fab that they picked up my car and brought it back as I'm disabled and would have been tricky if I needed to drop my car off at the garage. Overall it was a great service they provided. Wouldn't change anything. Highly recommend them.

The Renault gentleman called me the night before collection to say what time he would come. He came at the correct time and had my driveway gates open before he rang my doorbell. I was texted and Emailed about the car’s progress, and a copy of the checklist of my car’s condition. My car was returned to me all clean and shiny, and the man drove it into my drive and closed the gates for me. Excellent service. I have been a Renault Edinburgh customer for decades.

My Daughter's Renault Twingo had to get an intermittent light fault repaired under warranty. When it was up on the ramp getting a MOT recently, it was found that part of the undertray was missing, which you wouldn't have seen just by looking at the car. Well past it's 3 month warranty period, but I contacted the service dept., thinking I'll really have to argue my case here. Parts came in a few days later, Sandy did the work there and then while I waited. Their customer service was excellent
