Most reviewers praise the friendly, professional staff and the helpful communication, with several highlighting updates by video, a free wash and prices noticeably lower than larger chains. A small number of customers, however, reported booking mix-ups and poor communication that left them waiting or without a record of their appointment, and the health check reports could be clearer, as one reviewer felt items marked as urgent had not actually been inspected. With an average of 4.2 out of 5 across 50 reviews, the experience is generally strong, though clearer booking and quoting processes may benefit a few customers.
