Customers generally praise this garage for smooth, friendly service and good value, with several noting the absence of pressure to buy extras. A small number of reviewers raised issues, with one MOT appointment being moved after booking, which may benefit from tighter availability checks, and another finding that a "full service" was narrower than expected, so clearer wording on what is included would help. Pricing for any additional work was also occasionally seen as steep.
