Booked major service online with bookmygarage, had confirmation of booking from bookmygarage, called Evans Halshaw Stourbridge Day before as recommended by book my garage only to be told I had not been booked in. Will not be using this service again.

Dropped car off 9 am, had to wait till way after 5 pm for car service to be finished. No health check read out given and levels of fluids not topped up as indicated in full service.

Workmanship fine Short staffed and you could tell but on the eye more than enough Slow booking in rand me to say my health check was there wasn’t for another two hours Used it the year before and was fine In my workplace it’s all about productivity of colleagues not to tell you as soon as you enter by 3 people on the desk that someone’s rand in sick and be patient in waiting !!
