Took car in for mot and subsequently on the health check was informed that there was a cracked windscreen. Disputed this on the basis that I would have noticed it but to no avail. Will not use this garage again. Trust has gone.

Can’t fault work but had to wait ages in the morning as they moved cars around, opened at 8 but only sorted customers out at 8.30. Tried ringing multiple times during the day, only on 7th time did I get through to someone. Value for money good though.
