The vast majority of customers are highly complimentary about this garage, praising the friendly, helpful staff and efficient service across MOTs and general servicing. Particularly appreciated features include the video health check walkthroughs, proactive communication throughout the process, and complimentary wash and vac. One reviewer mentioned a scheduling change that caused inconvenience, though this appears to be an isolated instance, and the garage may benefit from ensuring appointment amendments are handled with as much notice as possible.
