The overall experience was excellent, however I received a call to say that my car was ready at around 11am so I arranged to pick up the car on my lunch break from work, when I arrived I was told that the car was being valeted and would be 5 minutes, it was over 30 minutes before I finally had to get my car brought around and it was still unvaleted. My point is, do not say that the car is ready unless the car is actually ready, even if you are doing things above and beyond like valeting the car

Major works taking place when I arrived. Access blocked and no help on hand to explain where to park. Staff never called to say MOT completed. The App showing progress did not work. At 2pm found email timed 1100 saying MOT done. So lost three hours waiting unnecessarily.

I booked my car into Evans Halshaw on Newport Road Cardiff for an Interim service and MOT, when I collected the car I was told there was water in the engine oil and I should get it checked. I booked it into Hyundai and had to pay for the diagnostic and then to be told that I needed a regeneration of the engine, and they had found that the oil had been too full and the sump plug was not tight enough which caused oil to leak from under my car.
