Customers consistently praise this friendly, family-run garage for its excellent communication, fair pricing, and efficient turnaround, with many returning year after year and recommending it to friends and family. The team is frequently commended for keeping customers informed throughout the process, explaining work clearly, and never pressuring them into unnecessary repairs. One reviewer mentioned being caught off guard that MOTs are conducted at an external test centre rather than on site, so the garage may benefit from making this clearer at the point of booking, though this was raised by only a single customer.
