Hi Miguel, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry you were disappointed, but would like to clarify a couple of points. Regarding your MOT, you refer to “some advisories” relating to your Volvo's factory cover. In fact, there was a single advisory: “Engine cover & undertray fitted”. This is a standard advisory used when fitted covers restrict the tester's ability to visually inspect certain components. These items are not routinely removed during an MOT, and the advisory records this limitation. It does not indicate a defect or constitute a failure. Regarding the clean, you received a basic wash & hoover for £15, not a comprehensive valet, which typically costs considerably more. We appreciate you were unhappy with the result and will take your feedback on board. We stand by the work carried out and believe the services provided were appropriate to the work requested and the price charged. However, we will offer a free re-clean as a gesture of goodwill.
