Thank you for your review Sabino, I apologise for the confusion caused by the incorrect pricing being displayed at the time, it was corrected immediately. I did try to contact you several times and sent a message explaining the situation and offered various solutions for the DPF clean depending on what your vehicle required. Unfortunately I did not receive a response or a return call so I was unable to discuss the available options with you. I would have been more than happy to discuss the most suitable and cost effective solution had I been able to reach you. Our garage offer various services and diagnostics and we aim to identify the correct solution instead of carrying out unnecessary work.
