We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your visit. To clarify, once your MOT was completed and faults were identified, we contacted you as soon as possible to discuss the findings. We provided a quotation for the required repairs at that time; however, you advised that you "have someone that does the work on your car" . As no repairs were authorised, your vehicle was returned to you along with your MOT certificate. A full service invoice was also provided and emailed to you on the day for your records. We appreciate that waiting times can be frustrating. On this occasion, the overall time reflected the combined service and MOT, along with the time taken to communicate the outcome and await your decision on how you wished to proceed. We always aim to keep our customers informed throughout the day.
