Customers overwhelmingly praise the friendly, professional staff, clear communication and prompt updates, fair pricing, and the convenient collection and delivery service, with MOTs and services often completed quickly, sometimes on the same day. A small number of reviewers felt communication could be clearer or more courteous, and a few noted that prices crept up or that an agreed job or small detail was missed, so these areas may benefit from closer attention. Repeat custom and recommendations to friends and family come up frequently, which reflects the trust the garage has built.
