Customers consistently praise this garage for its friendly, approachable staff, swift turnaround times, and competitive pricing, with many returning year after year for MOTs, services, and repairs. Thoughtful extras such as courtesy cars, vehicle collection, and the occasional complimentary fix are frequently highlighted as going above and beyond expectations. A very small number of reviewers experienced communication difficulties around booking confirmations, and the garage may benefit from ensuring follow-up contact is reliable when appointments are made through third-party platforms.
