The staff put engine oil meant for diesel engines in my petrol engine and then they have the audacity to say my engine had blue smoke coming from it. Absolutely atrocious behaviour and very disappointed. When i questioned the staff again, they deny it. Should've had it recorded. You live and you learn - a garage to avoid!!!

YOUR VEHICLE WAS BOOKED FOR AN MOT AND FAILED ON MAJOR DEFECTS- EML WARNING LIGHT, BOTH FRONT HEADLAMPS BEAM IMAGE INCORRECT, WE WERE UNABLE TO COMPLETE EMISSIONS DUE TO EXCESSIVE BLUE SMOKE, BOTH FRONT CONSOLE BUSHES WORN, N/SR COIL SPRING FRACTURED. YOUR VEHICLE ALSO HAS SEVERAL ADVISORIES. HAVING AN EML WARNING LIGHT ON INDICATED THAT THERE IS A FAULT IN THE ENGINE. YOUR VEHICLE HAD "NO" ENGINE OIL AND WAS TOPPED UP WITH 5W/30 FULLY SYNTHETIC. FOR YOU TO ACCUSE US TO PUT DIESEL SPEC OIL IN YOUR VEHICLE IS UN WARRANTED BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY YOU COULD CHECK THE GRADE ONCE IN THE VEHICLE. REGARDS CW
