Frustratingly the on line booking system didn’t allow enough time to carry out the work and I had to rebook. The oil change required a full half day and the system booked me in for 15:38 with the workshop finishing at 17:00. Staff were helpful in rebooking.

Had a class 7 MOT booked here using this service first time and the garage told me I couldn’t wait while they complete MOT, tried asking why no reason given, spoke bluntly, when you have to travel it’s hard to just leave and come back later in the day, first place I’ve heard of doing this!

You were advised in advance of the requirements but rather than cancelling you just didnt turn up. That just creates unnecessary disruption as we had planned for your visit.
