Croft Automotive Group Ltd

Easy to book. Good communication from all staff involved. Great work from the mechanics to get our car back on the road. We were given a schedule which Croft kept to, which was convenient for us. Hardworking and efficient.

Very good and good service

Garage called to say they needed car overnight to replace the rocker cover, and that the service would cost more than advertised on here due to "special oil needed". Picked up car the next day at 4.30. Waited around for an hour to be told that the wrong part had come so they couldn't replace it so told to book in again. In a rush, I left (as going on holiday that eve) and the engine lights came on and car made a strange noise. Opened hood to find they had left 3 cables unplugged from engine!
